Business Immigration

They advise small, medium and large-sized employers regarding immigration benefits available in the United States to meet their global workforce needs, managing I-9 compliance and audits as well as handling government audits relating to immigration practices. They also assist companies and foreign workers with obtaining temporary and/or permanent work status and visas. This includes filing petitions for temporary work status, such as H-1B, TN, and L-1 status, working with employers to get Labor Certification from the Department of Labor for purposes of obtaining permanent residency for workers, and helping workers and their families through the adjustment of status process.

Our lawyers also advise employers regarding immigration-related employment discrimination as regulated by the Department of Justice Office of Special Counsel.
