Overview

Hubert (Hugh) Kim joined Wilson Turner Kosmo in June of 2004 and is a Partner in the firm’s Business Litigation group. As part of his business and real estate litigation practice, Hubert represents organizations of all sizes in complex disputes in federal and state court including contract disputes, violations of the federal Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and its California state law counterpart, franchise disputes, unfair business practice claims, trade secret disputes, partnership and close corporation disputes as well as real property and lease disputes. Hubert has substantial litigation experience and his wide-ranging expertise and thoughtfulness have led to numerous favorable results for his clients.
