Overview

Elizabeth Chiba Rein is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty groups.  Elizabeth concentrates her practice on vigorously defending automotive manufacturers in a host of breach of warranty claims brought under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and various consumer fraud statutes.  She also represents companies in product liability, premises liability, and consumer lending matters in state and federal court.  

Elizabeth prides herself on obtaining favorable settlements for her clients by thoroughly analyzing the merits of cases at the early stages of litigation, effectively managing her time, and aggressively advocating in informal settlement negotiations, mediations, and court.  In her time at the firm, Elizabeth has obtained quick and cost-efficient results for her clients in hundreds of matters.
