Overview

Theresa Wynne Esqueda is a member of WTK’s Employment Law group. Her practice is focused on representing employers in a variety of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation.

During law school, Ms. Esqueda served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia and the Honorable Mitchell D. Dembin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also gained valuable in-house legal experience as an intern for the Corporate Legal Department of Jack in the Box, Inc. Ms. Esqueda was also a member of the Executive Board of Advocates for Children and Education.
