Nicole R. Roysdon

Overview

Nicole Roysdon is a partner in the firm’s Employment Law and Class Actions groups.  She has over ten years’ experience in complex and multi-party litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. Nicole’s practice is focused on representing employers in a variety of employment disputes, including wage and hour litigation, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Nicole also advises clients regarding compliance issues to prevent future litigation and has experience drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements.  

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Nicole represented employees in wage and hour class actions and representative PAGA actions.  This experience provides Nicole with a unique and inside perspective into plaintiffs’ litigation strategy.
