Morgan D. Stewart

Senior Counsel

Overview

Morgan Stewart is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. Her experience includes the representation of employers in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative agencies. Morgan defends against charges of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. In addition, she counsels clients about their employment practices and advises employers on legal developments in labor laws and regulations.

Before joining the firm, Morgan was a trial attorney with the Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and a law clerk for the Honorable Kathleen Cardone for the United States District Court in the Western District of Texas.
