Overview

Carmen Gabriela Espinosa is a member of Wilson Turner Kosmo’s Warranty Law Practice Group.  She represents manufacturers in breach of warranty and fraud claims in various California state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Carmen worked as an associate attorney at a mid-sized San Diego Civil Litigation law firm, defending individuals and companies against personal injury and premises liability claims. She obtained extensive favorable settlements for her clients at the early stages of litigation during informal settlement negotiations.

While in law school, Carmen served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gregory W. Pollack of the Superior Court of San Diego. She also gained valuable legal experience as an intern for the Corporate Legal Department of Evans Hotels, LLC. Carmen earned numerous awards including the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and California Western School of Law Pro Bono Honors Society Award. She received her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from San Diego State University.
