Overview

Ana Hartman is member of WTK’s Business Litigation, Employment, Class Actions, Investigations, and Business Immigration practice groups. Ana is a civil litigator who has been practicing in state and federal courts throughout California and the United States since 2008. Ana also practices in front of state and federal agencies and advises clients about best practices, policies and procedures as part of her employment and business immigration practices at the firm. Additionally, Ana conducts workplace investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hartman was an attorney at a national civil litigation firm where she defended and advised large national insurance companies, businesses, international shipping carriers, and security brokerage firms on sophisticated and varied legal issues domestically and abroad.

Prior to law school, Ms. Hartman externed for the Honorable John A. Houston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Hartman also interned for U.S. House Representative Susan A. Davis and the Human Rights Campaign in Washington, D.C.
