Brian Lee is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Class Actions groups. Brian’s practice is focused primarily on representing employers in a variety of employment disputes, with an emphasis on complex litigation – particularly the defense of employment class actions and representative matters.
Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Brian primarily represented employees in the prosecution of wage and hour class actions and representative PAGA actions, acting as class counsel on behalf of tens of thousands of employees across the state, including through trial. His former Plaintiff-side experience affords him the perspective to anticipate potential legal issues and to properly assess the strengths and weaknesses of respective positions.
Brian graduated from the USC Gould School of Law in 2014. During law school, he held positions with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and an AmLaw 100 law firm.
