Overview

Stephanie A. Acheampong is a member of the firm’s Product Liability and Warranty groups. She represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in breach of warranty, product liability, and fraud matters in California state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, she handled defense litigation for individual and corporate clients in a broad range of cases, focusing primarily on premises liability and toxic tort matters.

Additionally, Stephanie represented individuals facing misdemeanor criminal charges in the San Diego County Public Defender’s office. In this capacity, she specialized in upholding and protecting the Constitutional rights of individuals accused of a crime within San Diego County.

Stephanie earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she received the Academic Excellence Award in Trial Practice. Furthermore, Stephanie served as a board member for the Black Law Student Association and the Student Bar Association.
