Martina Nagle has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in our Employment Law and Class Action Practice Groups.

Nagle’s practice focuses primarily on employment matters. She regularly represents employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related litigation matters in state and federal courts.  She also advises employers in personnel matters, and on compliance with state and federal employment law.

Nagle is admitted to practice before all California state courts and all federal district courts in California.  She has received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating provided, based on the confidential opinions of members of the bar and judiciary.  She has also been recognized as a “top lawyer” in employment law by San Diego Magazine in 2013 and 2014.

Nagle received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.S., cum laude, from Duke University.
