Alexi R. Doft

Senior Associate

Overview

Alexi (Lexi) Doft is a member of the firm’s Warranty and Products group. She vigorously defends against breach of warranty, product liability, fraud, and personal injury claims in various California state and federal courts. She is well-versed in all stages of litigation.

Lexi takes pride in her ability to think on her feet and face challenges head-on. (Fun fact: she appeared on Season 2 of the Weakest Link, a primetime trivia show on NBC.)

Lexi is involved in the San Diego community through various legal organizations. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Think Dignity, a San Diego non-profit organization whose mission is to advance basic dignity for people experiencing homelessness.

During law school, Lexi served as President of the USD Health Law Society and Chief Comments Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal.  Lexi also received a CALI Excellence for the Future award for earning the highest grade in the Health Law and Bioethics course. Lexi received her Bachelor’s degree cum laude and with honors from the University of Arizona.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Lexi worked as an associate attorney at a mid-sized San Diego civil litigation firm, representing health care providers in medical malpractice matters and Fortune 500 corporations against personal injury and premises liability claims.
