Ashley Maxwell is a member of the firm’s Warranty group. She represents distributors and manufacturers in breach of warranty matters throughout California state.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Ashley represented manufacturers, distributors, with their breach of warranty matters and spent a short time representing consumers in warranty matters as well.

During her time at Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL), Ashley was a member of the Thomas Jefferson National Trial Team competing in competitions nationwide and participated in the Trademark clinic helping locals attain trademarks for a variety of businesses.

Prior to law school, Ashley worked in the government defense industry as a financial assistant. She managed and maintained payroll and prepared and invoiced government contracts.
