Overview

Chelsey Barkley is a member of the firm’s Employment Law group. Her practice is focused on defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Chelsey was an associate attorney at a national employment and labor law firm, representing employers in broader aspects of employment law.

In law school, Chelsey graduated first in her class and was the editor-in-chief of the California Western Law Review. She also completed valuable externships, serving as an extern in both state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District.
