Corrin M. Phillip is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Workplace Investigations Practice Groups, where she serves California private, public, and non-profit employers. She provides her clients with a comprehensive range of employment law advice and counsel. Her practice includes internal investigations, compliance, and litigation in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.

Representing all types of entities, large and small, Corrin focuses on women- and minority-owned business and non-profits. She takes the time to ensure her clients feel heard, and that they are in good hands. Sensitive to the emotional toll that legal issues can take on business owners and professionals, she strives to take the pressures of litigation off her clients, making the process as stress-free as possible. With her practical approach and sharp legal mind, she achieves favorable results for her clients that are cost-effective.

Corrin has handled high-profile matters such as investigations into high-ranking executives and elected officials, as well as complex class-action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation. Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, she was an employment law associate at a mid-size California law firm and a boutique law firm in San Diego. She has also successfully litigated special education administrative claims before the California Office of Administrative Hearings, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before moving to San Diego, Corrin served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justice Max Baer of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Ann A. Osborne in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.
