Jennifer “Jenny” Solano is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Business Immigration groups. She focuses on representing and counseling businesses involved in claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. She also serves clients with business immigration needs, including immigration benefits, I-9 compliance and audits, as well as assisting companies and foreign workers with obtaining temporary and/or permanent work status in the United States.

During law school, Jenny served as a board member for two student organizations: Latinx Law Students Association and PRIDE Law. She was also an associate writer for the California Western Law Review.
