Backed by more than 14 years of experience, Monnett De La Torre has extensive experience in civil litigation and labor and employment law. Monnett represents her clients in a broad range of employment law matters, including wage and hour class and PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. She has represented clients before the Agricultural Labor Relations Board, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor. Monnett has also conducted extensive internal investigations for private business employers and school districts.
