Patricia Clark is a member of the firm’s Employment Law practice group. Her practice focuses counseling and defending companies in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour litigation.

During her time at University of San Diego (USD), Patricia was a legal secretary and law clerk with Wilson Turner Kosmo. In addition, Patricia completed a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California for the Honorable William V. Gallo where she gained extensive experience researching and analyzing complex legal issues.

Prior to law school, Patricia worked in the legal industry for ten years as a paralegal and legal secretary. She received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
