Rita Leong is a member of Wilson Turner Kosmo’s Employment Law and Class Actions groups.  Her practice is focused on representing employers in a variety of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Turner Kosmo, Rita represented employees where she gained substantial experience handling all aspects of employment and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts, including arbitration.  Her experience as a plaintiff’s attorney allows her to effectively advise employers.
