For employers and HR professionals, the U.S. Department of Labor has posted some further guidance (via questions and answers) regarding various Families First Coronavirus Response Act issues, including emergency paid sick leave and emergency family leave. Further implementing regulations (and additional guidance) expected shortly.

Please note: the DOL has also moved up the date (from April 2, 2020 to April 1, 2020) these new leave rights are effective.
